Drop the order PDF from Seller Hub. Tax invoices get cut away, labels come out sized for a 4×6 thermal roll or an A4 sheet, and you get a printable pick list with AWB numbers.

A Flipkart order PDF puts the shipping label on the upper part of each page and the tax invoice underneath. EcomMark reads the text in the PDF, finds where the invoice begins, then climbs back up to the label's bottom edge and cuts there. That lands the cut between the label border and the dashed line Flipkart prints, which is exactly where you would cut with scissors.
Flipkart changes this layout from time to time and it differs between Ekart, Valmo and self-ship orders. When the cut is off, drag the orange line on the preview to the right spot. The whole batch follows that one line. Arrow keys nudge it a step at a time once the preview has focus.
There is no cap. Drop one file or twenty, ten labels or ten thousand. Nothing is uploaded, so the only limit is your own machine's memory, and a batch of a few thousand labels is routine. A progress bar runs while a large batch is being cropped so you can see it working.
Tick as many sort boxes as you need and they stack, applied in the order you tick them. Courier then SKU is the common one: each carrier's labels come out together, and inside that block the same style sits with the same style, so you pull once off the rack and pack the whole run. Quantity puts the single-piece orders first if you would rather clear the easy stack. Order date and invoice date are read from the invoice half and are useful when you are catching up on a backlog and want the oldest orders out first. Any label the tool could not read a field from drops to the end rather than breaking the grouping.
Tick the dispatch date box and today's date is printed under every label. Add your own text as well and the two sit side by side, so a label can read the date plus a rack number or a packer's initials. Both are drawn below the label, never over the barcode.
A Flipkart label is tall and narrow while its invoice is short and wide, so on a half-sheet each one fits considerably larger turned a quarter turn. On A4 ×2 the labels are laid sideways, two to a sheet, which prints them about 44 per cent bigger than standing them upright and wastes far less of the paper. A4 ×4 keeps four labels upright in a two-by-two grid, and thermal gives one label to a 4×6 page.
By default the invoice half is discarded. Tick the invoice box and it comes back beside the label it belongs to, arranged to suit the sheet you picked. On A4 ×2 you get one order to a sheet: the label lies sideways across the top half and its invoice sits upright below it, so you can cut once across the middle. On A4 ×4 you get two orders to a sheet, each label on the left with its own invoice turned sideways on the right, so one cut down the middle and one across separates all four pieces. On thermal and A4 ×1 the invoice follows on its own sideways page.
Either way the paperwork cannot drift out of step with the parcel, and Flipkart's dashed tear line is left behind rather than riding along at the top of the invoice.
Four buttons appear once a batch is done. Download gives you the label file again without re-cropping, View opens it in a new tab so you can check a few labels before touching the printer, Order Summary hands over the pick list on its own, and Reset clears everything for the next batch.
Tick the pick list box and you get a second PDF alongside your labels. The first part is a dispatch sheet: one row per shipment with AWB number, order ID, courier, whether it is COD or prepaid, the SKU and the quantity. The second part totals every SKU so you know exactly what to pull off the rack before you start packing. Print it, tick items off with a pen, and hand it to whoever is packing.
Drop the same file twice and it is refused rather than silently doubling your batch. If two different files contain the same AWB number, that is flagged too, because printing a label twice usually means one order goes out unlabelled.
Thermal gives one label per 4×6 inch page, which is what a TVS or Rugtek roll expects. A4 ×2 and A4 ×4 place labels on a normal sheet, useful with sticker sheets, and cut your paper use to a quarter.
The label is cropped as vector, not re-drawn as a picture. Barcode bars keep their exact edges, so courier scanners read them the same as an uncropped print. Still, print one label and scan it before you run the whole roll.
Nowhere. The PDF is read by your browser and the cropped file is written by your browser. There is no upload step and no account, which also means it keeps working when the connection drops mid-dispatch. The invoice half is not merely hidden behind a crop box, it is left out of the new file, so your buyers' addresses are not carried along in what you print.
