Your label PDFs are never sent here. They are read by your browser, as they always were. The only thing stored on the server is the SKU list you upload, so that it is on every device you dispatch from.

Your SKU sheet

Mark which SKUs are printed to order. On the crop page, tick Split print-to-order and you get a separate pick list for them.

Check the columns

A useful sheet has a SKU column and a column saying whether it is printed to order. Words like POD, print on demand, made to order or yes all count as printed; anything else is treated as rack stock. A design name column is worth adding, because that is what your printing table actually reads. Colour, size and a note are optional. No second column at all? Then every row in the file is taken as print-to-order.

Fix many rows at once

Editing one row at a time is fine for a handful. For hundreds, take the sheet out as a CSV, fix it in Excel, and send it back. Only the rows in the file you send are touched — everything else is left alone.

Search in the What is in your sheet box first and the download carries only those rows — no need to open all 24,000 in Excel.

The file has one row per SKU with these columns: sku (leave it alone, that is how a row is found), kind (print or rack), print_code, blank_to_pull, new_sku (fill it in to rename the SKU) and delete (write yes to drop the row). A combo takes two or three codes in one cell separated by |, with its blanks in the same order. Rows you have corrected are held against your next sheet upload.

Safety copies

Before any upload that replaces the sheet, the whole sheet is copied away first. The last five copies are kept, so a bad upload is one click from being undone. Restoring asks for the PIN.

Click a kind to flip it between print-to-order and rack stock, or Edit to change the SKU itself, its print codes and its blanks. A combo that prints two or three garments takes one line each. A row you have edited carries a green dot and is left alone the next time you upload the sheet.

Browser sync key

The EcomMark browser extension reads your own Meesho or Flipkart panel in your own browser and posts what it finds here. It does that with this key, not with your password — EcomMark never asks for a marketplace password and never stores one. Paste the key into the extension once. If a key ever goes astray, make a new one: the old one stops working at once, and the only thing it could ever do was add listings.
